Underground pipeline system construction is an important part of urban construction and the material basis for urban survival and sustainable development. With the application of the concept of smart city in urban planning and construction, as well as the emergence of various new technologies and new materials, great achievements have been made in promoting the construction of underground pipeline informatization and improving pipe network infrastructure management. However, because underground pipeline construction has the characteristics of rapid development, large scale and complicated network cable arrangement, there are still some hidden safety problems.
