This thesis first studies and analyzes the main research background and significance of green environmental protection public welfare websites based on Web front-end development technology, as well as the current status of domestic and international environmental protection public welfare and the main content of the paper. Introduced the current status, role and advantages of these technologies such as B / S architecture, Struts2 framework, Spring framework, Hibernate framework, SSH integration framework and MySQL database, thus demonstrating the feasibility analysis of the website. Then, it conducts demand analysis on the website and elaborates the functions possessed by the website, followed by the design and implementation of the website's front-end interface modules and databases, and finally the realization, testing and summary of the website.
